Chin Communications provides interpreting team for visit of China Vice President We had two very senior figures from China visiting Melbourne in the same week. Mayor Huang Xingguo from Tianjin arrived with a delegation of over 100 business leaders to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Melbourne Tianjin Sister City. Then to Melbourne and Canberra the Chin team geared up for China's Vice President Xi Jinping, who will probably succeed as President in three year's time. Charles Qin headed our interpreting team for both of these very important visits at a range of functions and meetings.
"My sincere gratitude to Chin Communications for your professional service.
The Saturday event was quite successful with over 100 participants and Charles's impeccable interpretation skills were instrumental in ensuring accurate information exchanges between our presenters and our important Chinese delegates." Mr Zhining Yang, Manager, International Investment, Invest Victoria, June 2010
Chin Communications creates the Chinese version of "Australia Unlimited" - the new Australian brand. Managing Director Charles Qin was with Trade Minister Simon Crean at the Shanghai World Expo to launch the brand on 10 May 2010. Charles has been with the Minister for a week on his visit to China as his Personal Interpreter. Charles said, it was a great honour to be selected by Austrade to develop the brand and the marketing collateral and to work with M & C Saatchi on this important new image.
