Entertainment & Arts Translation Services

Winning bids, enchanting audiences and staging major events – all require foreign language translation capabilities.

Making the arts and sports accessible to non-English speakers

Our client portfolio is diverse and we are proud to support some of the most renowned brands in the world in their global operations.

How we make arts and sports accessible to all

Imagine your show being delivered in translation via an iPad, an opera performed in Mandarin translation, or your translated program being downloaded on WeChat for a sold-out event.

We have been involved in these activities for many years, helping make the arts accessible to non-English speakers via translation. Touring exhibitions and performances, local shows, film festivals, and even interpreting on location for film shoots.

Sporting events have also required our translation services. From Olympic Games, to Football World Cups to converting international students into football and tennis fans – speaking in the language of the audience is essential to capture them.

How marketing support and translations drive sales growth

MICE activities underpinned by translation
Also important for MICE (incentives, conferences, exhibitions) activities is the embedding of language capabilities. To win these major events for global audiences bid documents need to be translated and interpreters available once delegates arrive.

A multicultural audience, a winning bid, an international event – a common thread to success means ensuring professional translations.

Marketing support to drive sales
Marketing support goes hand in hand with translation, whether you are promoting venues, services and offerings or staging a specific event. Growing ticket sales and driving interest will be greatly served using the right languages through the most appropriate channels.

Promotion and translation together can grow your sales and capture entirely new markets domestically and for inbound visitors and large events.

Yes. If you are using InDesign (or other design programs), please forward us your artwork so we can both translate and lay out your content appropriately with suitable fonts and translation layout checks.

Yes, but it is impossible to have expertise in every aspect of arts and sports, therefore our highly skilled interpreters will spend considerable time preparing and familiarising with your particular area in order to deliver meaningful and fluent interpreting for your purpose. It will greatly help this process if you are able to provide any materials, presentations or speeches in advance.

We can work to your budget and timeline, and it depends on the event, but from around a minimum $1000 per month. If the event is imminent, the campaign will be shorter and a spend of anything from $3k to $10K would be beneficial.
