Award-winning Mandarin Interpreter and Chinese Translator, Charles Qin, established Chin Communications in 1992 which is now regarded as Australia's leading Chinese specialist translation company. Charles is the first and only Australian Mandarin Interpreter to be admitted to AIIC (the international conference interpreters' elite organisation) and achieved accreditation at NAATI Level 5 inAustralia (the highest possible level).
In 2006 Charles was appointed Visiting Professor by the Tianjin Institute of Foreign Studies, a key translating and interpreting studies university in China, and in 2007 as a Visiting Professor at Kunming University of Science and Technology.
