The fact that I had gone to the trouble of getting it translated was appreciated, coupled with the vastly enhanced level of understanding on the part of the audience. We always use a trusted external company called Chin Communications. Chin Communications has much experience in translating for the bank and very senior members of the government and other corporates; they are very good at what they do. We have used this source for the last 18 months and all in all they have done a fantastic job Overall I was extremely impressed with the work of Chin Communications. The contract milestones were achieved on time and within budget. All the work was externally reviewed and the feedback from the reviewers on the quality and accuracy of the translations was very positive. This is very important to us as our material has the Australian Government logo on it and the material is very technical in nature (mining).
