We suggest you download the app and start familiarising yourself with WeChat. It has an English menu and even a WeChat translation tool. “Moments” is a good place to state to get a feel for the content and find some folks you’d like to follow. You can post in English to get practice.

Dairy Australia successfully launched its WeChat official account in mid June with the excellent work and assistance from the Chin team. The services from the Chin team have ranged from going through the registration process, designing and editing the weekly posts, translating post contents in the formats of text, infographics and videos, providing the background support and account management to putting together a monthly report on the account operation, post uptakes and reviews. In less than two months, our account has attracted over 1,500 followers, with thousands of views of the weekly posts.
