EXPERTS IN GOVERNMENT NAATI INTERPRETING
Supporting government multilingual needs
Confidentiality and confidence are all important and our local team of interpreters in many languages is committed to delivering outstanding interpreting services to meet our clients’ needs.
While some of our work is high profile like prime ministers and foreign leaders, governments at all levels have selected us for over 30 years when they require quality interpreting which is a cut above what is usually offered by interpreting agencies.
The Assurance of Vetted Expertise for Government Confidence
Government clients tell us that they value the personal responsiveness, attention to detail and quality of our work. Rather than an automated one-size-fits-all approach, we match the best interpreter with the needs of our clients and ensure they are well prepared.
Whether a visiting delegation touring the region, a meeting, government audits, or an event, we support federal, state and local governments.
NAATI Certified Interpreters
Quality and professionalism are important to us. That’s why all of our interpreters are certified, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to providing the highest level of service.
We provide translators and interpreters for Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese and many more.
If you need a certified interpreter, don’t look any further. Our team is ready to take your call and book an interpreter for your next official meeting, delegation, or event.

Interpreting for major events, small meetings, and long programs
Conferences
From hundreds of attendees to more tailored needs, simultaneous interpreters will save time and are expected for conferences. The equipment, technical support and suitably experienced interpreters for one language or many – all at once – will ensure a successful event and happy delegates.
Events
Celebrating at a gala, running an incentive program, sporting or cultural activities – if one or more languages are needed, book in our events team specialising in event interpretation.
Delegations
Here for training, touring, inspections, bilateral meetings, or audits, a reliable, experienced interpreter will ensure your important messages are received and help to deliver successful outcomes for trade and government.
Meetings
Could be on zoom or other platforms or in person, don’t forget you need to extend the time to allow for interpretation.
Training
Education programs across areas such as government, law, health, biotech, agriculture and finance, the key is to match relevant interpreter experience with the topic and to facilitate good preparation.
The success of any official engagement hinges on precise communication. We provide NAATI interpreters to ensure your objectives are met, whether planned months in advance or required at a moment’s notice.
Good interpreters usually have a diary of activities, so if you want a top interpreter book in early. Of course, we often get last minute urgent requests and we will do our best to help – always.
First of all choose someone qualified with suitable experience. You can seek recommendations. If during the interpreting, you notice things are not going to plan, for example: long answers translated in a few words; short answers elongated; funny looks or questions, it might indicate a problem with the interpreting. Maybe take a break and check with the interpreter what is going on. For best results, good preparation before the event such as a briefing, name list and materials and an interpreter who takes notes will help deliver a professional result.
First of all preparation. Interpreters need to spend some advance time familiarising with the activity, subject matter and purpose – so always supply them with the required background and presentations or notes. Secondly, speakers need to speak and then pause to let the interpreter cut in and out. Interpreters should be able to use a note pad to take shorthand and then read it back (in the other language). Thirdly, if a microphone is to be used make sure the interpreter has one too – it is hard to take notes and hold a mic.
